“And the crowds asked him, “What then shall we do?” And he answered them, “Whoever has two tunics is to share with him who has none, and whoever has food is to do likewise.” 

Luke 3:10-11

Missions have been an important part of Pleasant View Community Church since its founding and they are still a vital part of the church today. Through the love, talents, giving, and dedication of our members, we as a church have been able to help others in our county, our state, our nation, and across the world.

We have a Missions Committee that meets every six months to discuss our various outreaches and our budget for missions. Also, the fourth Wednesday night of every month is our Missions Night which features scheduled speakers and missionaries that come and talk about missions and their experiences.

We as Christians and God’s people have God’s love in our hearts and we can show His love by helping others, volunteering our time, using our talents, and giving of our financial blessings. There are many organizations in our county that need our help and prayers. These organizations can reach people that we as individuals might never be able to reach. The body of believers at PVCC feels that it is very important to give our support to them and to help one another individually.
