In “Foundations,” Pastor Jared McKinney unpacks Jesus’ teaching in Matthew 7:24–27, reminding us that what’s hidden beneath our lives – our spiritual foundation – is what determines whether we stand or fall when storms come. Both builders in the passage had vision, heard the word, and faced the same storm, but only one dug deep and built on the rock. This message challenges us to stop chasing surface-level solutions and instead allow God to dig out the distractions, strengthen our roots, and establish our lives on a foundation that lasts. Storms are coming – make sure you’re built to stand.
