The book of Hebrews powerfully declares the supremacy of Christ, reminding us that Jesus is better—better than anything or anyone we could place our hope in. This week, Pastor Wesley Wells unpacks this truth by walking through how the writer of Hebrews shows that Jesus is greater than the angels, Moses, the high priests, the sacrifices, and the law. Yet, the message doesn’t stop there—Jesus is also better than whatever we are facing, whatever we are struggling with, and whatever we are tempted to rely on instead of Him.
Pastor Wells also challenges us to consider how, in our daily lives, we don’t always live as if Jesus is better. Do we treat Him as our greatest treasure? Do we truly trust Him above all else? Drawing from Hebrews 13:15, we are called to respond with continual praise, offering our lives as a sacrifice that declares His worth.
